1.) FIRST IF U WANT TO MAKE ANYONE ADMIN BY IP ADRESS THEN

2.) IF U WANT TO MAKE SOMEONE ADMIN SIMPLY BY NAME THEN

3.) IF U WANT TO MAKE SOMEONE ADMIN BY NAME AND HIS PASSWORD THEN
